They just don’t seem to have anything in stock. I reached out to the company to ask when they’d have more items available, and I was fed some nonsense. They said it’d be ready in two months, which was supposed to be July, but here we are in September and still nothing.

I previously shared my thoughts on their site, but I figured I’d throw in my experience here too. This soap kit was a present from one of my kids, and I’ve dabbled in soap making before, so I was looking forward to it. The kit is pretty straightforward and simple to use. Sure, they don’t provide a ton of direction on how much color or fragrance to mix in, but honestly, it’s pretty intuitive to just add a little bit of each until you hit the right shade or scent. My main gripes with the kit were the subpar quality of the molds and the fact that one of the color bottles spilled out three-quarters of its contents. I handled the molds with care, but they shattered easily and became unusable. Plus, I think they ought to have given more details about what’s actually in the soap base—I gifted one of the soaps I made, and the recipient had an allergic reaction, which is definitely not ideal! Because of these issues, I can’t really recommend this kit for making soap.

I've never crafted a candle before, but we go through a ton of them, and they’re getting pricey with not-so-great quality. So, I decided to grab the craft zee candle-making kit. Right off the bat, I noticed how well they packed everything. When I checked the contents, everything was there, which was a relief. The instructions were super clear and easy to understand. I whipped up my first candle this morning, and it turned out fantastic! It’s clear to me that the folks at craft zee really care about their customers and know how to help them succeed in candle-making.

Since it was my initial attempt at making soap, I was quite let down that the instructions didn’t cover how to blend in color and scent. For instance, they could’ve mentioned starting with a few drops, you know? Plus, there were no guidelines on how much soap to melt. The plastic molds ended up cracking when I took the soap out, even though I was super careful. I ended up tossing both the soap and the molds. I won’t be purchasing from them again. Now, I just order soap bricks and silicone molds. Honestly, I feel like it was a total waste of cash.

I gave this as a present to her. I haven't gotten any feedback yet. Fingers crossed that all went well.

I was really pleased with my purchase, and I'd definitely shop with them again. Just one thing, though—the website didn’t refresh my shipping details, so I had to shoot them an email to find out when my item would arrive, but they got back to me super quick. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this company. The product is excellent.

We were really happy with our purchase. We got the candle-making kit and the soap kit, and we put them to use the very next day. My daughter was thrilled with her birthday present. The tools included in the kits were just right.

I'm really enjoying my candle crafting set. This was my initial attempt at making candles, and they came out amazing.
